can i get a refund?

unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds or credits if you can no longer attend an event. we understand that life happens, and plans can change, but this policy helps us maintain the quality of our events and keep our prices affordable.

we put a lot of love and effort into planning meaningful & enjoyable social experiences, and by sticking to this policy, we can continue delivering the standard of events that we want to uphold.

can i transfer my ticket to a friend?

our ticket transfer policies vary depending on the type of event you are attending.

members only events: we regret due to the curated nature of these events, we do not allow ticket transfers. if you can no longer make an event for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. no shows without notice will result in removal of membership. we get that life can throw some curveballs so if you find yourself in an extraordinary situation, please get in touch with us at least 72 hrs before the event and let us know what's going on - we’ll see if we can make any exceptions. please note that any refunds will be subject to a $5 admin fee. we are unable to process refunds for any reason less than 72 hrs before an event.

open events (i.e., not a curated event that you purchased with an access code): if you find yourself unable to make it to an event, we encourage you to consider passing your ticket along to a friend who can attend instead. just give us a heads up or transfer your ticket within eventbrite, so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth check-in process. because we offer this option for our open events, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason.

event cancellations or date changes

while it's highly unlikely, if we ever have to cancel or postpone an event, we'll give you the option to receive a refund, or to move your ticket to the new date. typically, there will be a 72 hour window for requesting a refund, unless event timings mean this needs to be shorter. we promise to keep you informed and provide clear instructions on what to do if this ever happens.
