Can I get a refund or credit?

Due to the highly curated nature of our events, we do not allow for refunds or credits on cancellations. This is similar to the policy of any other professional events company or ticketed venue. Ultimately, we pride ourselves on the quality of our events, and a big part of that is ensuring the right mix of people attend. We receive an extraordinarily high number of last-minute refund requests, many of them likely stemming from the natural anxiety that can come with attending an event like this. We’ve found that keeping tickets high-stakes helps ensure strong attendance to make it a great event for those who do attend. Please consider that when you no-show at an event, it negatively impacts the experience of other attendees.

That said, we totally understand that things come up, so for most event types we offer the opportunity to transfer your ticket to a friend. To utilize this option, please email us at heythere@meetirlco.com at least 24 hours before the event to let us know their name and email address. Please note that while we do our best to respond promptly, we may not be able to reply to emails on the day of the event.

Event cancellations or date changes

While it’s highly unlikely, if we ever need to cancel or postpone an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to receive a refund or transfer your ticket to the new date. Typically, there will be a 72-hour window to request a refund, though this may be shorter depending on event timing. We promise to keep you informed and provide clear instructions if this ever happens.
